Job Summary

A bike manufacturing company is seeking a Remote Product Support Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Helping riders troubleshoot their ebikes and accessories
  • Analyzing market trends, develop sales, price and profitability strategies
  • Recommending improvements, identify opportunities, and increase revenue

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience in customer service via phone and email
  • Experience working directly with customers to resolve issues through creative problem solving
  • Experience with Zendesk, Shopify, Google suite, Bilingual and of course electric bikes or vehicles.
  • Passion for developing relationships with customers
  • Impeccable attention to detail delivered flawlessly under pressure
