Job Summary
A bike manufacturing company is seeking a Remote Product Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Helping riders troubleshoot their ebikes and accessories
- Analyzing market trends, develop sales, price and profitability strategies
- Recommending improvements, identify opportunities, and increase revenue
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience in customer service via phone and email
- Experience working directly with customers to resolve issues through creative problem solving
- Experience with Zendesk, Shopify, Google suite, Bilingual and of course electric bikes or vehicles.
- Passion for developing relationships with customers
- Impeccable attention to detail delivered flawlessly under pressure
