Job Summary
A provider of artificial intelligence needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Product Support Specialist in Dallas.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to customers and third-party vendors through Zendesk
- Proactively reaching out to customers or third-party vendors when monitoring identifies issues with API connectivity
- Providing superior customer service and contributing to a positive work environment
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to interact with internal IT and Engineering teams, customers, and customer’s leadership on technical issues
- Organizational skills & attention to detail
- 1+ years in a customer-facing and/or technical role, such as a Support Team member, Customer Success Manager, etc
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work efficiently through a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment
