Job Summary

A provider of artificial intelligence needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Product Support Specialist in Dallas.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Responding to customers and third-party vendors through Zendesk
  • Proactively reaching out to customers or third-party vendors when monitoring identifies issues with API connectivity
  • Providing superior customer service and contributing to a positive work environment

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to interact with internal IT and Engineering teams, customers, and customer’s leadership on technical issues
  • Organizational skills & attention to detail
  • 1+ years in a customer-facing and/or technical role, such as a Support Team member, Customer Success Manager, etc
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work efficiently through a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment
