Job Summary
A healthcare technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Product Support Specialist in Remote Lake.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Provide expert product knowledge support to customers
- Covering support line hours of operation
- Providing upper-level support to customer's questions and problems as well as any anticipated issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Required travel expectation minimal
- 5+ years of experience in hospital/health-related area or equivalent combination
- Pharmacy related experience required in Hospital and/or Retail, Pharmacy degree preferred
- Experience with customer support activities with sensitivity to customer needs
- Must demonstrate a commitment to superior quality customer service
- All other requirements necessary for this position
