A software technology company is seeking a Remote Product Technical Writer in Andover.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating relationships that allow you to work closely with cross-functional teams
- Identifying opportunities for to uplevel documentation
- Translating complex product concepts into easy-to-grasp self-service documents
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years of Technical Writer experience, preferably in the area of SaaS platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience creating and supporting information architecture to support scaled internal and external-facing training programs
- Excellent written skills in English with a keen ability to write in an explanatory and procedural style for varied audiences
- Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process
- Strong analytical, prioritization, communication and negotiating skills
