Job Summary
An information technology services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Production and Sourcing Specialist in New York City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Analyze current brand and buyer purchasing practices
- Identify critical areas for improvements in purchasing practices, and provide guidance on best practices for brands and buyers
- Quantify the impact of purchasing practices on suppliers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 10+ years’ experience in sourcing/procurement and production, including compliance (OHS, social, management systems) in the apparel sector
- Factory engagement (employees and employers)
- Experience working in the RMG sector
