Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Production Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in funding volume and revenue
• Manage and coach the sales team to achieve KPIs and revenue goals
• Oversee lead generation strategies to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality leads

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in MCA lending or Alternative Business Finance
• At least 2+ years of experience leading a sales team
• Proven track record of managing a growing book of business with significant funding volumes
• Experience in both Direct and Indirect sales channels is highly desirable
