Job Summary
A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Production Operations Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage interconnected workflows across various disciplines
- Manage and/or track process documentation
- Manage freelancer & vendor invoicing
Position Requirements Include:
- 1+ year of experience as a Coordinator or Operations Associate
- Experience with Google Workspace (e.g. Google Drive, Calendar, Gmail)
- Experience with Asana, Jira or another project management tool
- Ability to clearly communicate with internal team to achieve desired results
- Ability to manage and prioritize competing deadlines
