Job Summary
A creative design agency with a focus on web development has a current position open for a Remote Production Operations Manager in Culver City.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Collaborating with Production Leadership to identify opportunities and increase workflow efficiencies
- Managing the new business team workflow to ensure project pitches and proposals are delivered on-time
- Assisting in managing organizational and administrative tasks supporting overall company growth
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have 3+ experience as a digital producer, providing exemplary client service within an interactive agency or similar
- Be a team player who is happy, positive, a great communicator and listener
- Be able to multitask, prioritize and manage simultaneous and/or competing deadlines
- Be able to clearly communicate with team and clients to achieve desired results
- Have a passion for technology, creativity, with an eye for and attention to detail
- Have xperience working with a project management tool (Monday.com, Mavenlink, Jira, Basecamp, etc.)
