A customer experience (CX) platform has a current position open for a Remote Production Service Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing applications in a Linux-based environment
- Building repeatable infrastructures with Ansible
- Working closely with product development teams to roll out platform changes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BA/BS in Computer Science with Network Engineering or Information Systems emphasis, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years experience in an Operations or Systems Administration role
- Superior Unix administration skills
- Knowledge of common Internet Protocols
- Experience with virtualization and cloud technologies
- Experience with Apache, MySQL, and PHP in a production environment at scale
