Remote Production Specialist

Job Summary

Providing excellent customer support, the full-time Remote Production Specialist will manage communication with homeowners regarding restoration project schedules, maintain customer databases, and ensure satisfaction with completed repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed customer service expectations for internal and external stakeholders
• Document all interactions accurately and maintain customer databases
• Initiate and follow up on tasks related to cases, work orders, and service appointments

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Three years of customer service experience required
• One to two years of previous construction project management experience preferred
• Reliable broadband internet and ability to work from home required
• Knowledge of Salesforce, XactAnalysis, and Livegenic preferred
