Job Summary
A software development company specializing in solutions for the public relations industry is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Production Support Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Understand and document the key systems that power the company’s application performance
- Create and improve upon Alerts that tie directly to the company's various performance monitoring systems
- Devise notification systems to ensure correct technical and non-technical stakeholders are notified in the event of an incident
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5-7 years professional experience, with 2-4 years directly related to incident monitoring, management and communication
- Proficiency in SQL and Alert building across query languages
- Experience in or willingness to learn application monitoring tool
- Empathy with customers, customer teams, product teams, and engineering teams
