Job Summary
A retail technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Production Support Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations department’s strategic goals and ensuring their success at a global scale
- Manage against KPIs, monitoring key thresholds that inform customer health
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a management operations management and production support teams
Position Requirements Include:
- 7+ years’ experience in people-management roles
- At least 5 years of experience managing a production support or technical operations teams of 15 or more
- Technical experience with systems like GitHub and SQL Server
- Experienced in full range of management tasks including recruiting, training, coaching, career development & performance management
- Has experience developing team goals, as well as using tools to measure team performance
- Consistently met or exceeded team goals including meeting SLAs
