Job Summary

A legal technology startup has a current position open for a Remote Production Team Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing correspondence between court reporters and clients
• Delegating and assigning file management responsibilities in preparation for the transcript production process
• Ensuring that the Production team is trained on the sensitive handling and management of exhibits for cases

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 5+ years of production management or similar experience
• Confidentiality is one of your core values
• You’ve managed production-focused teams before and know the ins-and-outs of coaching employees
• You’re highly organized and adaptable, and excel working cross-functionally in a startup environment
