Job Summary

A real estate and relocation services company has an open position for a Remote Production Title Specialist in Mount Laurel.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Validating information passed to TRG proprietary system to open orders and enter data into the system
• Generating title commitments to ensure each document is accurate and consistent with the current information reflected
• Being responsible for the overall of creating a title report or title commitment

Qualifications Include:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• A minimum of two years of Title Examining/Curative or policy commitment experience required
• The ability to read and interpret real estate documents, legal proceedings, maps and surveys required
• Candidate must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with customers, lenders, peers, underwriting staff and vendors
• Attention to detail combined with analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to make insurability decisions
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required
