Job Summary
A software developer that makes website creation software is filling a position for a Remote Productivity Senior Product Design Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Drive product design strategy for the pillar’s Productivity team, hire and manage 2 direct reports to start
- Drive the company's design system efforts to empower designers and engineers to be more productive
- Guiding product design teams how to use, maintain, and contribute to the company’s Design System
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Are a systems thinker and thrive on technical challenges of designing building blocks that are extensible
- Can break down large, complex problems into discrete projects
- Can navigate and quickly move forward within a scaling company building a complex product
- Find fulfillment in mentoring other product designers as an individual contributor
- Have a desire to work on creative an authoring tools that build for builders
