Job Summary

A staffing and HR solutions company is seeking a Remote Products and Supplies Call Center Representative in Chico.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Making Outbound customer calls for products and more supply request
  • Educating and motivating people to enroll
  • Working under a fast paced, high stress situation and thriving under pressure

Position Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma minimum
  • MUST Have of 2 years relevant call center experience in outbound sales to consumers
  • Minimum of 2 year of Customer Service experience
  • Excellent oral and written communications with strong listening/comprehension abilities
  • Must be technically savvy to be successful in this role
  • Microsoft Office experience
