A staffing and HR solutions company is seeking a Remote Products and Supplies Call Center Representative in Chico.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Making Outbound customer calls for products and more supply request
- Educating and motivating people to enroll
- Working under a fast paced, high stress situation and thriving under pressure
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma minimum
- MUST Have of 2 years relevant call center experience in outbound sales to consumers
- Minimum of 2 year of Customer Service experience
- Excellent oral and written communications with strong listening/comprehension abilities
- Must be technically savvy to be successful in this role
- Microsoft Office experience
