A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Profee Certified Coding Specialist II.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Demonstrating proficiency on billing system functionality
- Leading, participating in and/or assisting with departmental coding audits
- Investigating, resolving and analyzing edits and denials
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Five years surgical coding experience or advanced E/M coding experience
- Two years training or supervisory experience
- CPC or Certified Coding Specialist specialty certification
- CCS OR CPC OR Registered Health Information Administrator OR RHIT
