Job Summary
A health information management company is in need of a Remote Profee Coder.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reading and, interpreting medical records
- Understanding medical terminology
- Correctly coding medical records
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3 years of recent outpatient coding experience in multiple specialties
- Must hold and maintain any Company required coding certifications
- Extensive knowledge of outpatient coding, coding guidelines
- Extensive knowledge of official coding resources and disease processes
- Must be able obtain a government issued security clearance
