Job Summary

A healthcare business processes company is in need of a Remote Profee Hospital Surgical Certified Coder.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Conduct professional surgical coding per ER, OPS, OBS, Ancillary, Recurring Therapy, Clinic, and more
• Perform record keeping per Masterlog of dail accounts and time allocation reports
• Act as a client liaison to communicate account inquiries

Required Skills:

• 5 years of experience with coding and/or billing in healthcare revenue cycle
• Can identify trends and reports to Coding Manager
• Can complete a pre-employment medical coding assessment
• Can identify trends and reports to Coding Manager
• Can identify potential issues or errors
• Possess an understanding of healthcare billing practices and compliant claims preparation
