A healthcare company is seeking a Remote ProFee Urology Quality Assurance Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Leveraging extensive knowledge of federal, state, and payer-specific regulations and policies
• Analyzing and identifying opportunities for documentation improvement
• Communicating with internal coding staff findings and providing recommendations

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Coding certifications
• Minimum 2-3 EM coding experience, knowledgeable with 2021 EM guidelines
• Strong knowledge of coding disciplines
• Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, medical billing and payment methodologies
• Comprehensive knowledge of procedure and diagnostic coding for professional services
• Knowledge of quality metrics and commitment to enforcement of standards
