Job Summary

A media company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote MLB Video Editor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Producing and editing longform video content at least once a week specifically for YouTube channel
• Developing and making adjustments to video shows or series to help the YouTube channel grow
• Working with the Executive Producer, and specific MLB team sites to create content that will appeal to fans of those teams

Required Skills:

• Have a passion for baseball news and history
• Have strong storytelling skills
• Be a self-starter and pitch video ideas regularly
• Access to Adobe Creative Suite
• Compositing and integrating animations and graphics into video
• Take responsibility for projects and self-produce/direct when necessary
