A professional coaching company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Professional Coaching Leadership Hiring Head.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Being responsible for Leadership Hiring, across all Business Units
- Managing a team structure of 1+1; gradually scale team on a need basis
- Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs and meet competitive hiring goals
Position Requirements Include:
- 8 – 12 yrs of overall experience
- Minimum 4 years in Leadership Hiring; should have worked with Tech Product Orgs
- Experienced in creating a self-networked passive database
- Excellent judge of talent
- Ability to influence leadership decisions
- Highly data centric
