Job Summary
A professional coaching company is in need of a Remote Professional Coaching Services Business Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Initiating, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects end-to-end
- Ensuring a deep understanding of the current job market for your industry track
- Manage a network of part-time industry mentors
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, Consultant, or similar
- Experience leading an internal team through multiple sprint cycles
- Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with at least one project management tool (Asana, Trello, Jira, etc..)
- Able to make thoughtful decisions to scale and delegate long-term
