Job Summary
A school support services company is filling a position for a Remote Professional Development Content Writer in Austin.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create outlines, lessons, assessments, activities, and worksheets or other resources for online teacher PD content
- Create course transcripts and record trainings
- Build relevant and focused online teacher professional development courses
Qualifications for this position include:
- Reside within the state of Texas
- 8+ years of classroom teaching experience
- An active teaching certification from any state with a certification in special education
- Experience creating PD or curriculum for K-12 teachers in the content areas required
- Excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills
- Ability to maintain deadlines and complete tasks on a tight timeline
