Job Summary
A leadership consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Professional Development Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide professional development for up to 40 senior consultants
- Support the onboarding of new consultants to ensure a smooth integration
- Take an active role in mid-year and year-end reviews as well as promotion discussions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- Maturity that garners respect and trust from others, good judgment, professionalism, strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in resolving conflict, delivering difficult messages, and addressing all people related issues
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Proactive and self-motivated; ability to take initiative
