Job Summary
A computer software technology company has a current position open for a Remote Professional Development Program Manager.
Must be able to:
- Guide program participants through creating an Individual Education Plan
- Engage regularly with coaches/mentors and program participants to understand the current state of the coaching program and make adjustments
- Define and oversee an effective coaching/mentor program
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience in education and/or job training
- A Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization
- Experience with mentorship or coaching of at-risk youth in high-risk communities
- Ability to coach, motivate, and influence others
- Knowledge of the current social and economic landscape
