Job Summary
A digital education company is in need of a Remote Professional Educational Development Designer Program Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing instructional consultation to support successful implementation of company products
- Advising district partners on professional development strategy and approach
- Designing in-person, remote, and online professional development sessions for teachers, instructional leaders, and district leaders
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Light travel required to see schools in action.
- Experience designing professional development sessions and helping educators learn new things and adopt new practices
- 5+ years of experience teaching literacy to PreK-6th grade students
- Experience managing large-scale projects in a school or district setting, including planning and budgeting
- Experience leading educators within a school or network of schools and/or experience coaching elementary school teachers
- Experience advising school leaders on how to lead change within their schools or grade level teams. e.g
