Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Coding procedures as documented and in accordance with ICD-10-CM Official Guidelines
• Reviewing clinical documentation and diagnostic results as appropriate to extract data
• Reviewing coding related denials from payers and recommending the appropriate action to resolve

Qualifications Include:

• Current CPC or equivalent through AAPC or AHIMA required
• Must have at least two years of active surgery coding experience
• Must be able to maintain a 95% accuracy rate
• Must have at least two years of active E/M coding experience inpatient/outpatient visits and surgeries
