Job Summary

A developer of speech recognition applications is seeking a Remote Professional Fee Physician Services Radiation Oncology Hematology Medical Colder.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Reviewing medical records to identify pertinent diagnoses and procedures
• Abstracting appropriate information from the medical record
• Soliciting clarification from the physician

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• CCS, RHIT, RHIA, CCS-P, CPC, or CIC required
• Must have a minimum 1 year of professional fee coding experience
• Understands medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and surgical technology
• Extensive knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 coding principles and guidelines
• Must pass coding proficiency test
