Job Summary
A global insurer has a current position open for a Remote Professional Legal Services Paralegal in Springfield.
Must be able to:
- Review file material to prepare discovery responses
- Update file with summaries and/or relevant information
- Prepare standard pleadings including motions and settlement documents
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Paralegal Degree or Certificate from an accredited college or university
- Strong computer skills including the Microsoft suite of applications
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to communicate effectively with attorneys and policyholders
- Detail and service oriented
