Job Summary
Focused on direct hire business development and recruitment for Engineering and IT positions, the full-time Remote Professional Recruiter will establish key relationships with clients and candidates while managing the full-cycle recruiting process to deliver top talent on a national basis.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle business development and recruiting, including identifying new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships
- Develop and execute candidate generation strategies to build a pipeline of talent for direct hire professional positions
- Implement sales plans and marketing strategies to expand the client base and meet performance goals
Required qualifications
- Sales experience in staffing with a focus on new account generation
- Full-desk, direct hire recruiting experience, preferably with an executive search agency
- Experience in recruiting for Engineering positions, particularly in Data Centers
- Proven ability to source talent and build professional relationships at all organizational levels
- Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Bullhorn is a plus
