Job Summary
A company offering incentive compensation management software is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Professional Services Associate Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Defining and documenting detailed requirements from customers
- Delivering thorough, well-documented, detailed solutions workbooks
- Implementing those same plans in our SaaS ICM Software product
Required Skills:
- Willing to take on ambiguous & complex challenges and solve them
- Loves and is good at multi-tasking and juggling multiple workstreams
- Works well as part of a customer-facing team
- Highly detail oriented / great attention to detail
- Some understanding of accounting, finance, and/or sales comp concepts
- Proficient in working with large datasets
