A cloud-based IT solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Professional Services Deal Desk Technical Writer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the input and translation of technical requirements into scope within our Professional Services Statements of Work and RFPs
- Ensuring Statements of Work and RFPs are well crafted, grammatically accurate and succinctly capture the appropriate business outcomes for our Clients
- Collaborating with impacted parties to identify acceptable options to facilitate deal closure
Position Requirements Include:
- Seasoned technical writer with experience working on a Deal Desk
- Familiarity with professional services technical documentation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize at times of high volume
- Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations, timelines, and deliverables
- Adeptness at Microsoft Office technologies and SalesForce
