Job Summary
A consulting company has an open position for a Remote Professional Services Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a team of professional services staff
- Participating in consulting projects as a senior resource
- Supporting the development of scalable implementation models
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel 10-15% of the time
- 6+ years experience in client services, and/or consulting services.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience
- 3+ years experience managing Salesforce implementations or services engagements
- Minimum 3 years managing customer deployment and/or professional services engagements
- Prior experience managing staff in a project or professional services environment
