Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is in need of a Remote Professional Services Director.
Must be able to:
- Instill a culture of learning and growth, providing coaching and career development for all team members
- Build and enhance internal and cross-functional processes to improve efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks
- Partner with various teams around the organization
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of PS leadership experience a software or technology-focused organization
- 3+ years of domain experience in Time and Labor Management
- 5+ years of domain experience in the Human Capital Management or HR Outsourcing industry
- Deep understanding of the technology project lifecycle and the roles that make up a project team
- Ability to influence others while simultaneously building strong and productive relationships
- Agility, adaptability, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
