Job Summary
A privately-held cybersecurity company is in need of a Remote Professional Services Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead a global team of security professionals managing hundreds of client engagements around the world
- Provide industry-specific subject matter expertise
- Responsible for meeting customer adoption and satisfaction goals
Position Requirements Include:
- Prior demonstrated success in IT Security Consulting as a contributor and as a manager
- Thorough understanding of network protocols, network devices, and computer security devices
- Ability to successfully interface with both internal and external clients
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Capability to present technical information to a variety of audiences
- 10 plus years of experience managing a professional services or services delivery organization
