Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Professional Services Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Handling day-to-day management of a team of Project Managers
- Leading development and refinement of Global project management methodology, implementation tools and practices
- Providing application and project guidance, maintenance, training, and knowledge transfer
Qualifications for this position include:
- Evidence of successfully managing multiple software/ ERP implementation projects end to end of varying size and scope
- Proven and effective people management skills with the ability to mentor a team while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Prior experience in Professional Services, Accounting, Human Capital Management, and/or Supply Chain business processes
- Proven track record of implementation consulting experience with technologies such as: FinancialForce.com, NetSuite, Oracle, etc
- Appropriate Project Management qualification such as Prince2, PMP, Agile etc
- Ability to use their experience, breadth of knowledge and commercial awareness to work successfully to deliver and meet customer expectations
