Job Summary
A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Professional Services Group Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead our team of 50+ Professional Services team members
- Represent with C-level executives to promote customer success and manage risk
- Define and implement how we will support increasingly configurable solutions deployed on low-code / no-code platform
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 15+ years experience in technology-focused Professional Services, ideally with a significant portion of that time
- Track record of managing large deployments at highly complex enterprise companies
- Prior roles engaging with very senior customer executives to manage overall relationship health
- Bachelor's degree or higher
