Job Summary

A corporation that sells print and digital document products and services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Professional Services Implementation Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing both customer and internal-facing hardware installation projects
  • Managing project scope and customer expectations
  • Ensuring successful completion of customer implementations

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or another related field
  • 2+ years experience working in a client/customer-facing Professional Services role
  • 1+ years experience performing in a Junior Project Manager role
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a passion for technology
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills focused on solutions and removing obstacles
