Job Summary
A corporation that sells print and digital document products and services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Professional Services Implementation Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing both customer and internal-facing hardware installation projects
- Managing project scope and customer expectations
- Ensuring successful completion of customer implementations
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or another related field
- 2+ years experience working in a client/customer-facing Professional Services role
- 1+ years experience performing in a Junior Project Manager role
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a passion for technology
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Creative problem-solving skills focused on solutions and removing obstacles
