Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Professional Services Implementation Project Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading projects through their entirety through effective project management, configuration, and training
- Managing customer relationships through proactive engagements, communication, and governance to ensure that projects are delivered in a timely and satisfactory fashion
- Customizing project plans to the solution delivered
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related technology field
- 2 to 4 years of client service experience and software project management
- Proven technical aptitude for learning internal systems
- Demonstrated track record of maintaining client accounts through exceptional service and a demonstrated ability to interpret client needs
- Ability to monitor and ensure a successful go-live of a client solutio
- Ability to facilitate and coordinate the proper transition to customer success team upon completion of the project
