Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Professional Services Implementation Project Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Leading projects through their entirety through effective project management, configuration, and training
• Managing customer relationships through proactive engagements, communication, and governance to ensure that projects are delivered in a timely and satisfactory fashion
• Customizing project plans to the solution delivered

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related technology field
• 2 to 4 years of client service experience and software project management
• Proven technical aptitude for learning internal systems
• Demonstrated track record of maintaining client accounts through exceptional service and a demonstrated ability to interpret client needs
• Ability to monitor and ensure a successful go-live of a client solutio
• Ability to facilitate and coordinate the proper transition to customer success team upon completion of the project
