Job Summary
A healthcare technology company is seeking a Remote Professional Services Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting Implementation Team members with customer escalations
- Leading efforts to continually improve delivery, methodology, and increase customer satisfaction
- Providing on-going coaching and guidance to implementation team members
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- PMP Certification is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or project management related fields
- 3+ years in Leadership role
- 5+ years Home Health and Hospice experience or healthcare software knowledge.
- 5+ years software project management/implementation experience in a customer-facing environment
