A software company is seeking a Remote Professional Services Program Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building the customer relationship during the program delivery phase
- Maintaining and communicating program status to all applicable collaborators
- Anticipating and resolving issues and challenges that could derail or delay program delivery
