Job Summary
A technology company has an open position for a Remote Professional Services Project Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the onboarding for well-established enterprise retailers
- Communicating clearly and proactively with the customer and internal teams
- Effectively driving resolution of escalations with the appropriate customer and internal resources
Position Requirements Include:
- 4+ years of experience in customer-facing, enterprise-level software implementation
- Must have the ability to successfully deliver multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Executive-level interpersonal, project management, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with retail, e-commerce platforms, order management systems, inventory management
- Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
