Job Summary
A software development firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Professional Services Project Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Communicating project status to all stakeholders, including the clients as well as internal stakeholders.
- Bringing new products and service offerings to market during Early Access launch phase
- Acting as a communication point between the customer and the rest of the teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BA or BS or equivalent experience in software project management
- Experience resetting expectations and discussing scope
- Familiarity with Jira and Communication tools like Slack, and Google Sheets
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of project management
- Conflict management skills and interpersonal skills
