Job Summary
A consulting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Professional Services Resource Manager in Chicago.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining understanding of client engagement requirements for Professional Services
- Acquiring and maintaining knowledge of Consultants' skills profiles including technical skills, soft skills, locations, and other attributes
- Proactively managing schedules in order to continuously optimize utilization and leverage of key resources and drive customer success
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience in resource management, project management
- Problem solving complex situations with multiple interdependent, moving parts
- Experience managing technical projects and engineering resources
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and to prioritize competing requests
