Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Professional Services Returnship Technical Senior Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Collecting customer requirements and creating technical specifications
  • Configuring the platform to meet customer requirements
  • Leading QA, client UAT, and launch processes

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 2-5 years of experience successfully managing and retaining clients while leveraging software
  • Demonstrated interest in technology; comfort with technical concepts and self-guided learning
  • Exposure to common web technologies, such as JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS
  • Ability to understand, synthesize, and translate between business problems and technical concepts
  • Have been out of the paid workforce for at least two years due to caregiving
