Job Summary

has an open position for a Remote Professional Services Software Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Create customized call center solutions to meet customers' requirements
  • Generate SOWs to implement customized solutions utilizing vendors' hosted services, products, API’s, etc
  • Help the company expand industry share of hosted unified communications for business customers

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and/or comparable industry certifications and experience
  • Expert Knowledge in web application architecture and technologies as well as databases
  • Expert Knowledge in Unified Communications, VOIP, and Contact Center technologies, etc
  • Expert Knowledge in TCP/IP, Network routing protocols, security infrastructure, and L2/L3 switches
  • Experience in a PS consulting, field services engineering, and/or technical project management
