Job Summary

A cloud-based financial software company is seeking a Remote Professional Services Solution Architect.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as the technical lead during the sales and delivery lifecycles
  • Leading ongoing efforts to define and scale a services portfolio
  • Collaborating with Sales, Professional Services, Partner Success, and Product Management teams

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect or similar role
  • 5+ years of experience in professional services or related delivery roles, preferably within a SaaS model and/or Partner Ecosystem
  • Experience working with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and associated integration technologies
  • Experience in evaluating and managing risks associated with complex, large-scale consulting projects
  • Working knowledge of financial operations and supporting platforms with specific financial close automation and/or workflow automation experience preferred
  • Passion for achieving customer success and desired outcomes
