Job Summary

A software developer is in need of a Remote Professional Services Team Lead.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining a high utilization rate for yourself and your team
• Guiding new Consultants to a point of billable utilization within 12 weeks of their hire date
• Ensuring your team consistently delivers outstanding services to our customers

Qualifications Include:

• Worked as a Consultant for at least 5 years and have led multiple complex client engagements
• You have been involved with client engagements and have received consistent positive peer and client reviews
• You have the dedication and drive to ensure that new Consultants have everything they require to be successful
• You have experience leading, managing and empowering a team remotely across multiple time zones
• You instill confidence in clients and build strong trust relationships both internally and externally
• You’re comfortable reading and understanding Statements of Work and raising Change Orders when required
