Job Summary

An information technology company is in need of a Remote Professional Services Technical Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assuming ownership of ticket/project lifecycle
  • Serving as Project Leader for Extended Services members
  • Enhancing native system functionality via creation of custom solutions

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel 3-4 times per year for meetups and conferences as needed (when safe to do so)
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience writing queries, stored procedures, views and other database objects
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services
  • Basic understanding of business intelligence tools and data analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal customer service and communication skills
